The Klassisk 60.3 holiday home is a reasonably large holiday home but can also function nicely as a permanent residence for the small family. We offer three exciting floor plans and several exterior design options, giving you the opportunity to put your own stamp on the house. All floor plans have two bedrooms and an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. Thanks to the large window sections and a substantial ceiling height, you can enjoy a wonderful flow of light throughout the house. A welcoming hall where plenty of storage is offered and a bathroom that has everything you could wish for can also be found in this well-planned house. Even on this model, a loft can be offered if desired. A stylish holiday home that is perfect as a summer house in the archipelago or why not as a cozy mountain house in the Swedish mountains.
